One library for every image and video

Whatever you upload while writing a post or in the design editor, and every design the AI makes, will be added to the library for you. You can also upload straight into it. Your Brand Kit logo and images sit in a Brand Assets folder that is always there. Deleting a post will not delete the files it used.

Folders, tags and search

Sort files into folders, including folders inside folders, and add your own tags. Search by name, tag, type, date or where a file came from, and sort by newest, oldest, name or size.

Pick files while you write

Open the library from a new post, from AI generation or from the design editor. Tick several files at once, or upload a new one on the spot. A file’s alt text, saved once in the library, comes along with it.

Save any post as a template

Turn a post or design into a template. It keeps the design, and the caption if you want it, along with the format, suggested platforms and tags. Favorite, tag and search your templates, then start a new post from one. A post from a template costs no more credits than any other post.

Captions and hashtags, saved

Save any caption and add it to a post in one click. Make named hashtag groups, such as Launch or Seasonal, and add a whole group at once. Hashtags already in the caption are not repeated. You can edit your groups and share them across your workspace.

When will this be available?

Which files can I keep in it?

Images in JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP, and videos in MP4 and MOV, within the size limits for each.

How much storage will I get?

Maker includes 5 GB, Crew 20 GB and Studio 100 GB. You will see a warning as you get close to your limit.

What happens when I delete a file?

You are asked to confirm first. Deleting a post does not delete the files it used, so you can use them again.
