What if my website can’t be read?

We tell you why, keep whatever we could find, and let you finish the profile by hand. If reading your site fails completely, its credits go back to your balance.

What does it cost?

Building a profile from your website costs 8 credits. You can also fill in the profile yourself.

Will changing my profile change posts I already made?

No. Changes apply to what you create next. Posts you already have stay as they are, and you can still edit them in the design editor.

Do I need a logo?

No. Without one, designs are made without a logo and we let you know, so you can add it to your Brand Kit whenever it’s ready.
